Education
On July 8th, Kanagawa University held an event at FabLab MinatoMirai where participants experienced historical and folklore materials from Kamakura City using the Einstar 3D scanner. Highlights included 3D scanning demonstrations and interactive AR displays of cultural artifacts.
Professor Pietro Balzano and his students at Alfonso Balzico Middle School in Italy are using the Einstar 3D scanner to bring local history to life. By scanning and 3D printing busts of historical figures like Alfonso Balzico and Mamma Lucia, students are gaining hands-on experience with technology while preserving their city's heritage.
