I used the EINSTAR Rockit 3D scanner to capture an engine intake manifold, and it was incredible how quickly I got a clean, usable 3D model. The Rockit handled complex surfaces easily, and the workflow from scan to mesh was smooth and intuitive. This thing saves hours on reverse engineering and makes 3D modeling truly efficient for real mechanical parts.

Using the Einscan Rigil 3D Scanner on my BMW i8 project was a game-changer. It allowed me to capture the chassis and engine bay in incredible detail, and the scan data was clean enough to go straight into CAD. This made designing and fabricating my custom exhaust system much faster, and the fitment was spot-on the first time. The Rigil is precise, reliable, and integrates seamlessly into a full digital workflow — I can’t recommend it enough for serious automotive builds.

It is a great device. I like its portability. I can attach it to my laptop and a portable a/c supply and take it with me for hours of work. It gives a good resolution that cleans up with high detail.

I have never been this impressed with a product that is not named Apple something. This is a seismic game changer, and it allows me access to a tool that I could have only dreamed of owning.
